Broken Arrow is definitely in the upper tier of treble groups across the country, but it’s just so challenging to compete against Indy vocals. Center Grove Debtones enters HOA LA undefeated against some of the best treble groups in the nation: Fishers, Carmel, Tupelo, Zionsville, and Franklin Central. In that run, they have only dropped one major caption and that was choreography to the Carmel Accents, who have the best precision of any treble group I’ve seen. The arm angles in every one of their pictures is almost flawless. The Debtones are having a standout year with a picturesque opener, jaw-dropping second number, beautiful and emotional ballad, and finally a powerful, fun closer. While I definitely see Sound putting up a close fight and may take the choreo caption (they had the highest visual score of any group (mixed or treble) last week at LC prelims), the Debtones should take vocals and the win.
Just a heads up to everyone preforming tomorrow making finals is cool and all but the adrenaline and audience reactions are why you do what you do no matter the finals results every group should be so proud of the amazing work you put into your stories
