Clinton has never lost this contest (that I am able to find on record). The closest they came was 2008 when they lost to Albertville in prelims, but came back to win in finals with vocals and choreography, splitting the overall effect caption. The only caption that they’ve ever lost here was overall effect to Wheaton South in 2020.
No southern group has even taken a caption from Clinton since Petal took choreography in 2003, let alone beat them (1991 Enterprise is the last only one on record). It would be absolutely seismic if Grenada was able to take a caption, but as previously stated, I’m not sure that this scoresheet allows any room for that to occur. The only way to beat Clinton is to get a perfect score, which is not common at all.
